PDR College corrects factual errors and clarifies material ambiguity. A correction should make the record more accurate without hiding what changed.
Report a concern
Email pdrcollegeonline@gmail.com. Include:
- the exact page URL;
- the statement, image, caption, transcript passage, or structured fact at issue;
- why it appears inaccurate;
- a reliable supporting source;
- your name and relationship to the subject when relevant.
Do not send sensitive personal records through a general form. The team will provide a safer route if private evidence is genuinely required.
How reports are reviewed
The editor checks the published page, its cited or internal source, and the responsible author or reviewer. Technical, historical, legal, rights, or privacy questions are routed to a person capable of evaluating that issue. A disagreement of opinion is not automatically a factual error, but an opinion may need clearer attribution or context.
Types of change
Minor correction
Spelling, grammar, formatting, or a broken link may be fixed without a visible note when meaning does not change.
Material correction
A wrong date, place, identity, result, price, statistic, attribution, event detail, or conclusion receives a visible correction or update note with the correction date.
Clarification
Language may be revised when it is literally correct but materially easy to misunderstand. The page should note the clarification when it changes how a reasonable reader would interpret the claim.
Historical or transcript update
Old audio remains part of the historical record. A page may add current context or correct its edited transcript while preserving the source audio. A transcript change that alters meaning should be noted.
Removal
Content may be removed or restricted for privacy, rights, safety, legal, or serious accuracy reasons. Search and redirect treatment should preserve useful context when appropriate without exposing the removed material.
Response and recordkeeping
We'll acknowledge your message within five business days and tell you what we found. Every correction that changes a fact is logged with the original wording, the change, the reason, and the date.
These practices work alongside our editorial standards.
