PDR College About

About PDR College

Learn how PDR College combines a long-running paintless dent repair podcast, field-tested professional development, and an Advanced Skills Seminar.

PDR College is a year-round professional-development publisher and podcast for paintless dent repair technicians, paired with a recurring in-person Advanced Skills Seminar for experienced technicians.

The PDR College Podcast has published since 2014. Its conversations connect the repair itself—technique, tools, glue pulling, hail, diagnosis, and finish quality—to the business around it: estimating, pricing, sales, marketing, shops, mobile work, teams, and the decisions operators make in the field.

What PDR College is for

PDR College serves technicians who want to keep improving after their initial training. The public library is organized around four questions:

The Advanced Skills Seminar

PDR College has held documented Advanced Skills Seminar occurrences since 2015 in rotating U.S. locations. The event is designed for working technicians and has brought together repairers, trainers, operators, and industry specialists around advanced repair and business topics.

The exact city, dates, instructors, curriculum, prerequisites, price, and policies belong to each real occurrence. The permanent Advanced Skills Seminar hub stays available between events and links to a durable past-seminars archive.

Seminar attendance does not currently award PDR College certification.

How the content is produced

PDR College favors first-hand examples, clear limits, named authors and reviewers, material review dates, and disclosures over generic claims. Historical pages separate verified facts from unknowns. Old podcast discussions receive current context when products, processes, or facts have materially changed.
